We strip out and refit bathrooms across London and Essex. That can mean taking the old room out completely, reworking the pipes for a new layout, tiling the walls and floor, and fitting everything back in. Eli comes to see the room for free and gives you a written, fixed-price quote before any work starts.
What we can do in your bathroom
- Strip-out: the old suite, tiles and fittings removed, back to a clean room to work in.
- Plumbing: new pipework for the basin, toilet, bath or shower, including where the layout changes.
- Walk-in showers and wet rooms
- Tiling: walls and floors.
- Underfloor heating: laid under the new floor, with the electrical connection made by a certified electrician.
- Fitting: toilet, basin, bath or shower tray, taps and accessories.
Electrics and gas
We don't do electrical or gas work ourselves. Anything electrical, such as lighting, an extractor fan or the underfloor heating connection, is done by a certified electrician. Anything involving gas is done by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

Can you build a wet room or a walk-in shower?
Yes. Both are part of the bathroom work we do. Eli will look at the room at the site visit and tell you what will work.
How long does a bathroom refit take?
It depends on the size of the room and how much is changing. Ask Eli at the site visit and he'll give you an idea for your job.
Do you do the electrics and gas work?
No. We use a certified electrician for electrical work and a Gas Safe registered engineer for gas.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months, and the guarantee is written into your quote.
Do you charge for the site visit?
No, the visit is free.
