House and flat refurbishment in London and Essex
We refurbish houses and flats across London and Essex, from a few rooms to the whole property. Most of the trades are done by our own team: strip-out, plastering, carpentry, plumbing, tiling, flooring and decorating. Electrical and gas work is done by registered specialists. Eli visits for free and gives you a written, fixed-price quote before anything starts.
What a refurbishment or renovation can include
- Strip-out: old kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and fittings removed.
- Plastering: walls and ceilings plastered or skimmed.
- Carpentry: doors, skirting, shelving and joinery, and existing staircases refurbished.
- Plumbing: new pipework for bathrooms and kitchens.
- Bathrooms and kitchens: strip-out and fitting.
- Tiling and flooring: tiles, laminate, LVT, engineered and solid wood.
- Decorating: painting inside and out.
- Rendering: outside walls rendered or repaired.
- Garden and fencing: new fences and garden work.
Electrics and gas
We don't do electrical or gas work ourselves. Electrical work, such as new sockets and lighting, is done by a certified electrician. Anything involving gas is done by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

Both. We can refurbish the whole property, or just the rooms you want doing.
How long does a refurbishment take?
It depends on the size of the property and how much is changing. Ask Eli at the site visit and he'll give you an idea for your job.
Do you do the electrics and gas work?
No. We use a certified electrician for electrical work and a Gas Safe registered engineer for gas.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months, and the guarantee is written into your quote.
Do you charge for the site visit?
No, the visit is free.
